Refund Policy

Materials supplied by company are sourced from suppliers and specialist trade merchants. Should project materials be changed during projects due to change of mind once confirmed and ordered will be subject to restocking charges inline with the restocking charge imposed by those merchants terms. This does not apply if products are faulty upon delivery.

late payments on invoices will incur additional charges should these need to be chased further by the company. Should a project be canceled or terminated due to breaches of contract a breakdown of cost to date will be given and any monies owed to the company will be billed and will be subject to the companies payment terms and conditions. Any monies owed by the company will be returned.
