Payments and Scopes of work

All jobs will require a deposit in line with scope of works on confirmation of start date. Staged payment projects require payments to be made before next stage is commenced, Final payment on full completion of project is payable. Emergency and immediate work upon survey will default to these terms. Late payments can incur additional fees for recovery. All information is provided with terms on quotations supplied.
